Make sure that the doors from the garage actually lock behind residents after entry. Make the media room available at all times unless prior reservations. Not enough visitor parking.

Really good apartment and people. Good amenities and strategic location with access to S.G. Also, the rooms are great and the community is great. Pay AUM online. In winter, the pool was not really well maintained. I saw lots of dead worms in the pool area, inside the restrooms, and even in the pool.

Great place to lived. Apartments are modern, clean, and amenities are impressive. I do wish the gym was larger in size. Management has been great. Location can't be beat, walking distance to Rice Village.

The management team spirit is great. The events are great, too, except that I wish there was more for people who do not exercise. I felt, after moving in, that the commuity had physically degenerated to the point where the communal facilities and areas were no longer comfortable nor desireable. The most important thing, though, is that the apartment (which was new when I moved in) is falling apart. I have never had this many issues with a rental before. Hard work is needed to restore the community to its former state. Please accommodate the biking community.

Everything should be online, and this place is 90% of the way there. Had 2 issues making rent payments online after it was late because of travel, etc. Should be able to pay online regardless of status. Surveys like this should have an online option. Gas grills are often out of gas and have no grill brushes to scrape off old residue. Dog washing facility took far too long to install and is basically useless, especially compared to other options out there. This was an amenity that was promised during leasing that influenced my decision to lease here.

Great place to live, but slightly overvalued in my opinion. Only critique I have is having to pay rent for following month by the 27th or else you need to pay by certified check. Never heard or seen this done anywhere else.

We love it here! The property is well maintained, and the leasing office is helpful and pleasant. There was an extended problem with the gate, but that appears to be fixed. Overall, we are extremely happy at this property.

The property has had some growing pains, such as a broken security gate. However, the staff does a good job of responding to problems and fixing them. The staff makes this a good place to live.

The leasing process was not very smooth. The assistant manager, Natalie, is not very personable or helpful. The other reps are okay and friendly. The complex itself is perfect. We love the amenities. The staff could be a little better because rentention should be a goal, not just new sales!
