Everything should be online, and this place is 90% of the way there. Had 2 issues making rent payments online after it was late because of travel, etc. Should be able to pay online regardless of status. Surveys like this should have an online option. Gas grills are often out of gas and have no grill brushes to scrape off old residue. Dog washing facility took far too long to install and is basically useless, especially compared to other options out there. This was an amenity that was promised during leasing that influenced my decision to lease here.

Great place to live, but slightly overvalued in my opinion. Only critique I have is having to pay rent for following month by the 27th or else you need to pay by certified check. Never heard or seen this done anywhere else.

We love it here! The property is well maintained, and the leasing office is helpful and pleasant. There was an extended problem with the gate, but that appears to be fixed. Overall, we are extremely happy at this property.

The property has had some growing pains, such as a broken security gate. However, the staff does a good job of responding to problems and fixing them. The staff makes this a good place to live.

The leasing process was not very smooth. The assistant manager, Natalie, is not very personable or helpful. The other reps are okay and friendly. The complex itself is perfect. We love the amenities. The staff could be a little better because rentention should be a goal, not just new sales!

Management and staff are great, communication with them is a pleasure. Random incidences here and there, but noting serious. Examples of incidences include millipede infestation in hallway, broken gate, lack of bike rack space, and computer/printer in communal lounge going missing. All relatively small. Very happy overall.

Right: Friendly & professional staff! Great events! Nice pool & zen garden! Nice university style units! Pet friendly! Great location! Needs Improvement: Dog park gets flooded too much. Faster & or alerted of criminal activity on our campus. Computer area needs to be separate from clubhouse because unavailable during reservations. We want access to movie theater after hours. Have dog area near freight entrance gated for safety. Would love to have access to fax machine & color printer onsite.

Love the community events! The staff are also professional & friendly in the leasing office. We've toured almost every luxury apartment in town and this the best hands down. Our favorite event is the pool party (lte's do more!). I would like to have the imacs back in the lounge & be able to use the media room after leasing hours. Also, a dip & pull up equipment in the gym would be a great addition. Thank you! Mark & Braxton
