Need maintenance of dog park (every once in a while) and better/more frequent pool cleaning (lots of centipedes some days.) Everything else is perfect. Clean community with little to no crime. Good communication and fast maintenance when requested.

I am a newcomer to this community, but even within this short period, I pretty much like my apartment. I like the way they greet you at the leasing office, ease of contact when questions arise. The cleanliness of the building, the recreation areas, the location of the buiding, etc., impressed me very much.

Please note I've never met the manager. My communicatons have all been with the rest, i.e. manager Natalie and the front girls Heather and Hattie. Thus, my evaluation for this section is based on my interactions with them. Natalie rocks! All my inquiries, questions, and concerns are handled professionally and with an outstanding level of customer service/communication. Thank you Natalie! Heather is also outstanding! Hattie is great, too!

My overall experience living here at Greenbriar has been great! I love the location, amenities, and staff. The parking garage was not well designed and actually scares the heck out of me coming around the tight turns. I realize this isn't a necessary thing at this point. My unit overlooks the coy pond and is very quiet, I love it. One recommendation I have is to get a ping pong table in the coy pond area! Also, the rooftop (parking garage) has incredible views that I wish could be developed into something cool.

Great customer service. Very nice environment. Needs better lighting, building is very dark at night. Better enforcement when it comes to pet waste.

Leasing staff is super friendly! Always take care of any issue promptly. Great at letting residents know about events and updates. Could use a larger trash chute and a call box for gate entry since visitor parking is limited.

My only complaint is my apartment is overrun with small and large cockroaches from the garden. I also have zero cell reception. Kill over 40 centipedes and 10 roaches a day at least. I want to move to a higher floor, very bad infestation.

I have not lived in the building long enough to provide very useful feedback, but I am very satisfied with the quality of the unit and responsiveness of the staff. The only thing that disappointed me about the building is that the interior hallways are not air conditioned. I imagine it will be very hot during the summer.

I enjoy living at DAG. The customer service is incredibly unique in that every staff member, whether it be the front desk or maintenance, is extraordinary, accommodating, and welcoming. My only tiny criticism would be that every once in a while, machines around the complex break (i.e. garage door, machines in fitness center, etc.) One suggestion I have is to install a system that allows guests to ring the apartment resident and the resident to buzz them in. You could expand the fitness center if possible!
