The apartment itself is fine, but the amenities are lacking. The gym is awful. Needs to be bigger with more equipment. Also, there needs to be someone dedicated to cleaning up poop. Even though there are signs about being fined, that doesn't stop some from not picking up after their pets.

The complex is very well maintained, beautiful grounds, work out facilities up to date and my unit is affordable.

Security is lacking and the generators don't work during power outages. Both, particularly the generator situation in the halls are a potential hazard.

The walls are incredibly thin and not sound proof at all, which can impact daily living and sleep.

Not safe. Breaks ins weekly. Gates and doors are broken or not operating properly consistently. Security is no where to be found.

Wopuld - Spacius apartment, nice floor plan. Would not - Expensive for location. Cleanliness in open areas is lacking. A lot of dog poop.
