Security is lacking and the generators don't work during power outages. Both, particularly the generator situation in the halls are a potential hazard.

Not safe. Breaks ins weekly. Gates and doors are broken or not operating properly consistently. Security is no where to be found.

Wopuld - Spacius apartment, nice floor plan. Would not - Expensive for location. Cleanliness in open areas is lacking. A lot of dog poop.

Non-noise cancelling windows, especially considering proximity to US-59 and the noise levels at which cars speed down Greenbriar Drive, which can be hear four stories up. I have also been disturbed by the noise when sitting at the pool and in the fitness center.

Literally the Friday/Saturday after the deep freeze the building decided it would be the appropriate time to send out trash violation notices. We had no heat or water for 4 days straight and we kept our trash in the hallway for sanitary purposes because it was dark and we wanted to leave the apartment as few times as possible. While the power had been restored, we had other concerns post freeze we were dealing with on those days. I am certain that the other tenants in our halls who had trash out on those days were dealing with similar situations. It felt as though the building was taking advantage of its tenants to potentially get violation fees, which I found deeply upsetting right after such an extreme emergency situation.
