Due to the ongoing deterioration of this community, I highly doubt other residents would recommend this community to friends or family. Furthermore, resident turnover seems astronomically high. There is an ongoing exodus of former longtime residents, and the incoming new residents are often very problematic.

Tenants don't really care about the property and some don't care that they are making noise after hours.
We appreciate your feedback. Please call (407-382-5220) or stop by the office to give us details of the noise issues you are having after hours so that we can address the problem you are having. We also have a courtesy officer that is available to address just these type of issues after hours.

Great place other than the no parking situation.

I would recommend it because the staff are great. The apartments look nice. It is a great location and great price. My only complaint is the parking. Every once in a while I have to park in the other complex because there are no spaces. I really don't want to pay extra for a garage or covered space.

Parking would be the only draw back. I would recommend a carport, but there is always a waiting list.

We do keep a waiting list for our carports and we do offer garages for those that want reserved parking but you will also see additional parking spaces added over the next couple of weeks being added that are not reserved. The apartments are not well kept by the maintenance and management. Over the three years I've been here the appearance and outside look of the apartments continue to decrease and the gate is always broken
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the time delay of the gate. A guest hit the gate and the damage was such that we cannot repair it, it has to be replaced. We are currently waiting on the gate company to provide new matching gate and it will be it installed as soon as possible.

I would recommend this apt. community to all my family and friends, but they are all "deeply entrenched" in their homes in downtown Orlando near their places of employment and/or schools; otherwise, some of them just might want to live here based on what I've said, and they've seen for themselves.

It was a beautiful and well maintained community. The common areas were meticulously groomed. The apartments were spacious and well laid out.

Great complex. Staff is fantastic. Stupid to pay $75 per month for garage and be charged a $25 fee for remote. If you lose the remote, they charge $100, makes no sense. I paying $75 a month, give me the remote. If I lose it, then you can bill me $100.
