I would feel very comfortable living in the community. The staff came across as very friendly and helpful. The community showed a lot of pride in the way it was maintained.

The community was nice and everyone was very helpful. From what I saw, the residents looked happy to be there and had a relationship with the office staff.

Overall this was a beautiful, well maintained community with upscale features, but it lacked warmth. There were almost no trees or flowers or any park like areas for the residents. It reminded me of a city apartment building with mostly buildings and cement parking lots. The apartments were nice and some of the rooms were spacious, but quite pricy for the amount of space you get. The patio was very small and unscreened, which was not practical for Florida bugs. There were no views. Inside the apartment, it was great that they came with a washer/dryer. The kitchens had upscale features such as dark wood cabinetry and black appliances. The pool was nice, but not extraordinary for an upscale community. The gym had everything but felt a bit cramped.

The community was beautiful and very attractive. There is no doubt I would recommend it to others.

The community was amazing. The outside of the home met the inside of the home. The community pretty much had anything that one could ever need.

I do not think I would recommend this property because I was unimpressed by the agent. Nice community to look at, but the staff were a little disappointing.
