The apartment community manager Kathy and Mindy are great at resolving concerns. The issues are during the weekends Hedy does not react to anything. The maintenance guy ties up car wash by washing multiple cars, pool sometimes isn't open when hours posted begin, bathrooms inside often smell of dirty diapers, parties @ grill and at pool which hinder others from using. This weekend behavior hurts communities overall rating.

We really like the community even we got the storage open in January. We would like to renew our lease with you, but unfortunately the response that we got back for chance our carpet to floor, is extremely expensive plus the increase amount rent. We wish get better offer.

Overall we have enjoyed living in this community & have minimal complaints. Parking has always been and issue. Never enough parking for residents. Needs more visitor parking as well. Makes it impossible to have anyone over to visit.

We love it here! The only thing that needs work is the amount of resident parking spaces. It is very hard to find any parking after about 7pm.

We have had a great experience here with the office & maintenance teams. Very professional & responsive :) The parking challenges have gotten worse here. Now in the evenings, there are no spaces available and even the visitor parking is full. We found a space near the leasing office driving around a few times, though it makes it really difficult if you are bringing things home. Our biggest negative in living here. Will consider strongly when renewal comes up in our decision.

Lighting is needed through out the parking area located by visitors parking. It is inherently dark and poses a threat to residents and visitors. I was happy to see the implemntation of landscaping & benches by the pond. However, the back of building II (by the gates need more landscaping. The grass in some areas by the gate are gone. It leaves a sore eye. It would look beautiful w/new grass & plants. Exterior grounds need insect/flea exterminating service.
