Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

Overall this was a beautiful, well maintained community with upscale features, but it lacked warmth. There were almost no trees or flowers or any park like areas for the residents. It reminded me of a city apartment building with mostly buildings and cement parking lots. The apartments were nice and some of the rooms were spacious, but quite pricy for the amount of space you get. The patio was very small and unscreened, which was not practical for Florida bugs. There were no views. Inside the apartment, it was great that they came with a washer/dryer. The kitchens had upscale features such as dark wood cabinetry and black appliances. The pool was nice, but not extraordinary for an upscale community. The gym had everything but felt a bit cramped.

The community was beautiful and very attractive. There is no doubt I would recommend it to others.

The community was amazing. The outside of the home met the inside of the home. The community pretty much had anything that one could ever need.

I do not think I would recommend this property because I was unimpressed by the agent. Nice community to look at, but the staff were a little disappointing.

I would recommend the community.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

It was a visually appealing community with large floor plans that included spacious living areas, closets and bathrooms.

The community was well maintained and beautiful. The apartment was very nice, with good sized rooms and a nice kitchen.

The community is close to shopping and the airport. The resort-like feel and look of the landscaping is really beautiful. The apartments are large with high end features like crown moulding and cherry wood cabinets. I also really liked the black appliances. The pool area with tons of seating looks like a great way to spend the afternoon.

The agent did a good job representing the community. He was confident and professional during the presentation. He was fluent making conversation and created a rapport to determine my needs.

The community is nice but seemed to lack the attention to detail on the exterior. The placement of the garages created a cavern like feel as you drove through.

The atmosphere of the community was incredible. They have lots of activities for residents and are family-oriented.

This is a great place to call home if you want to be away from the bustle, but close to the roads that will get you there. The grounds are very attractive, and the amenities are exceptional. The units are well designed, so they don't feel like cookie-cutter apartments.

The leasing professional was more interested in describing the benefits of the property- how quiet it was, how close it was to grocery, mall, coffee shops, their activities that he did not seem to connect with what I needed.

I felt that I was experiencing an agent that was full of valuable information. By the end of the tour I felt that I was in information overload. I had been shown so much, and received an enormous amount of information it was very difficult to keep it all straight. Everything I saw was phenomenal and exquisite. I thought that the price points were fair, and that the agent was competent and professional.
