Good location from my job

I do recommend this property to others but I caution them on the cost.

The walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbors Almost as if they were in the same room.

I would, and have, recommended this apartment community to others over the past 8 or 9 years....the same as was recommended to me. This has turned out to be the MOST STELLAR apartment living experience ever, in over 50 years of "on and off" apartment living in Orlando, FL.

Good location, great staff who communicate frequently. Neighbors are pleasant.

Son demasiados estrictos con el horario de uso de las áreas comunes (sociales) . La piscina, la parrillada y áreas sociales.

Still a good place but no longer luxury apartment

Too many people from abroad have migrated here making this place a mess and dirty in the common areas. They don’t respect your privacy with really loud music and speeding through the parking lot line they were savages putting my kids at risk.

I feel safe here.

Not a good place to live. Too crowded, people are unfriendly ... Not worth the monthly rent.

I wouldn’t recommend this community solely because of the parking nightmare.

Most of my friends have children and as I mentioned before, the complex’s rules are not very children friendly.

This depends on my trash in the hall problem mentioned above.

Ok place to live. A little overpriced. Parking is nightmarish. Too many paid premium parking spots. I shouldn't be penalized with a 1/4 mile walk.
