I was very impressed with the appearance of the community, all of the amenities and how well maintained, neat and clean everything was. I liked the neighborhood feel very much, and it seemed like a quiet community with a lot to offer. The lifestyle that I envisioned there was very full and satisfying with a lot to do on-site. The customer service I received during my visit was exceptional. The leasing professional was friendly and established a connection with me. She was attentive and focused on what I said I wanted and needed. I thought I would be very happy living at this community and would not hesitate to consider it or refer friends to it. The rates seemed to have gone up considerably recently and were high compared to what I remembered for the area about a year ago. Other than that, I thought I would be very happy making it my home.

The property was a great property in a perfect location with a lot of perks for the residents.

In the short time I spent talking with Sharon, she took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for, building great rapport with me. I would certainly have leased from her. However, this is about Michel Nichols, for whom I was an interruption. I would not have leased from Michel. Although polite, I found her to be unfriendly and unprofessional. I had to ask all the questions, because she did not volunteer any information. We viewed the outside amenities from the balcony outside the lounge. Michel did not attempt to build rapport with me. I did not find Michel helpful or willing to converse about the features and benefits of either the apartment or community with me. Michel did not link my needs to either the apartment or the community.

The grounds and the amenities were in flawless condition. It appears that management really cares about the property and is willing to invest in the property. The leasing professional came across as caring and enthusiastic about the community. It was an above average experience.

The agent had an amazing personality. I felt like I was speaking to a friend that I had known for years. She was engaging and genuine.
