I love where I live. The neighbors are wonderful and the area is clean. I get immediate service and all the workers are nice and helpful. However, parking is horrible!!!

It's wonderful that we don't have any smokers on our side of the building. Love the community and the leasing agents Maria and Sharon. I love how dog friendly the community is. I do wish they would open the pool at 4:30-5 a.m. Can you do anything about the airplanes flying overhead? Just kidding. It would be nice to allow well behaved dogs in the pool area. Rent is high, but I guess that's the same everywhere. I would (and have) recommend the community to a friend. Sometimes. Valet waste does a poor job.

Very happy with the community. It is a very safe and nice place to live. The only downfall is the lack of parking. The amenities/recreation facilities are great. I love that it is located outside the city and the hustle and bustle.

Overall, the community is a great place to live. Maintenance upkeep services are greatly improved. I would like to see the breezeways and mail area kept up a little more. But, this is a beautiful place to live. Hopefully the rent/lease amount won't go up every year.

Staff is always very friendly whenever I come by with questions. I wish parking was better for visitors. I love how the Meadows keeps us informed on happenings at the Center (wine tasting party, pizza party.) I love the community spirit here!

I love the Meadows at Meridian, except for a few things. Visitor parking is nonexisting. Residents use their garages for workshops and storage, not to park their cars. They park in visitor parking spaces, not fair. Lack of enforcement of lease provision is frustrating to say the least.

Ideally, we would like our carpet replaced. Grounds are kept up well. Fitness center is generally good, but would like to see a spinning bike and more attachments for the universal weight machine.

Please fix TVs in the gym, both are not working. Grills in the pool area. Is there any way we could have several garbafe dumpsters around the complex? The only one is for recycling items and there are times were tenants need to dispose of larger trash items.

There are too many work trucks taking up parking spots. There are work trucks that take up more than one parking spot. There are cars that sit in parking spots that are not driven, they just sit there.

We love this community. Management as well as maintenance's repairs are excellent! We truly appreciate them and hope to be here for many years!
