The community was very fair for the pricing and what you would receive with the apartment, including the garage, built in desk and the washer and dryer. The office reminded me of a resort and the area was nice and close to the highway. I would highly recommend this community.

This community was amazing. They had amenities that I have never seen at another community, including a media room and steam room! There was no extra charge for the garages and the floor plans felt like real homes, not apartments!

This appeared to be a very lovely community. It was well kept throughout, both the outside and interior looked beautiful and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was open, spacious and offered a lot of impressive features.

These apartments have everything. Even though they are not brand new, they feel like a home.

The amenities of the community were outstanding. The pool was large and well maintained. The gym had plenty of machines and good variety. There was a putting green, sand volleyball pit, tanning beds and massage chairs.

I thought the community was well maintained and made a great impression on me. I would suggest looking at additional parking options for the office. Not being able to find a parking spot when looking to tour could cause some prospects to just leave.

The area surrounding the community is pretty remote, you need a car. There is no public transportation options. The community itself looked nice but there is not much surrounding it besides other neighborhoods and a retirement community. Being a young, single female, I would personally like to live in a community that is closer to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc.

The community is in a class all by itself with its grand, resort style community building. The large pool and putting green really caught my eye. I could really see myself settling into one of the apartments and calling this place home.
