I had to call Valet Waste 9 times from November 2014 to March 2015 when they failed to pick up my trash. I called the rental each time this happened as well. I wonder every time I set my trash out if it will be picked up. Also, the amount of noise from people working on motorcycles to the carpets in a newly vacant apartment being cleaned in the evenings is unbelievable.

I loved touring this community. I plan to sell my house within the next two years and I would move to this community. My father and step-mother live in a retirement community and have not said they wanted to move, but I actually called them to tell them they should at least visit this community.

The level of engagement by the leasing professional was outstanding and what impressed me the most was that they never missed a detail; they genuinely cared about meeting my needs, and made it all about me. I envisioned the quality of life in this community, based on the amenities and features offered, as complete; it had everything I was looking for. I would definitely recommend the community to friends, family and my colleagues.
