The main problem is sound. I'm on the 2nd floor and the family above me has two little children that are CONSTANTLY running around and jumping. I've asked for letters to go out and I'm sure they have. Nothing helps. It's a terrible situation.
The other problem with sound is the HVAC. It's so loud when the heat or A/C turns on. Are there any plans to replace the units?

This is a very nice community. Well maintained for the most part. However there are some areas that require much needed attention. It is disheartning to see how residents dump trash, old mattresses, and unwanted furniture at the dumpsters. This is oboviously unsightly and costly to clean up. My question is do all the residents cover these cost in the form of raised rental fees? It would be wise to monitor these areas and fine those who choose to dump their trash with no regused to the lease covenants and signage

The grounds are well maintained, the maintenance staff are (mostly) quick and efficient, and the apartments are a nice size. The value is comparable to other local complexes that provide the same level of living experience.

I like the apartment and facilities. I hate the gates! They never work properly!! If the speed bumps are not fixed I will definitely not recommend the complex to anyone. I have already told one referral to wait and reconsider after I saw the placement of the speed bumps.

For all the reasons stated above. The common areas are dirty. The apartments are outdated. They are over priced. I don't believe the maintenance staff is as knowledgeable as they should be. And until my husband and I "got firm" we don't feel the front office took us seriously and addressed our concerns.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and decor of this community. It was well-appointed and had a lot of extra amenities. The leasing agents were knowledgeable and took the time to sell the community. I thoroughly enjoyed touring this property and seeing the offerings. The community was quiet and the gates were comforting, as far as security was concerned.

The staff was very friendly, attentive, and professional. The value for the apartment and the amenities of the community was a good one. I loved the apartment that I viewed. Although I did not get to see the two bedroom, two bath with the sun room and fireplace with vaulted ceilings, the description was quite impressive and piqued my interest. The community was in a great area that I loved with all of the conveniences right outside the community. This was a great value and I would definitely rent from this community.

This was a very nice community with excellent amenities. However, it was not the top of the top, there was no microwave in the kitchen which would be a deal breaker from me.
