The new office staff is unprofessional. That is usually the first step to an apartment going downward. The actual apartment is beautiful, but is not as well managed as when I first moved.

Before, the office staff was very friendly, but also very professional and "on top of things" and I would recommend them in a heart beat. Since the change of management, I would not recommend the complex.

The new management company turns out be no better than the previous one.
The manager has good common sense and is supportive, but other personnel in the office are not. It seems that they are inexperienced in their profession.

The property is very well kept. Pool and fitness room is a big plus. The apartments/buildings are great and the area is nice, quiet and you have all you need within a few minutes drive.

It's a nice complex, not too big, not too small. The clubhouse area is large enough to accommodate groups of people on the weekend but not so big that it feels like a resort. The apartments are of reasonable size. Location is good for us as we need regular access to I-10 and Sugar Land.

This very attractive community would be a pleasant comfortable place to call home. Each of the buildings were well kept. The residents had clean balconies, sidewalks, and common areas. The reasonable prices did not represent the wide variety of amenties.
