If I were a real customer, I would have definitely leased there. I loved the apartment and all the amenities that were at the community. The community was very well maintained and had a lot to offer me. I would definitely recommend the community to family and friends, as they would enjoy living there.

Porque la calidad de trato a los residentes por parte del personal de la oficina es muy malo, las areas comunes, en especial el gym esta horiblemente desagradable, todo sucio y nada sirve. Las parrillas siempre sucias y rotas.Las areas verdes tienen un olor horrible porque los perros ha en sus necesidaded y no son recogidas por nadie. Del vecindario de al lado se lanpasan unos jovenes saltandose las paredes y vienen a hacer uso de las areas comunes.

Car was broken into. I don't feel as safe as I should. To nervous to park in visitors parking when there is no space along the sidewalk because of my car getting broken into. Neighbors always knocking on my door in the middle of the night because there saying they can hear my tv (wall entirely to thin) etc.

Staff was impressively friendly and it was greatly appreciated. They seemed to take a lot of pride in their work. The amenities were quite attractive and I appreciated the efforts of the upgrades or just to make things more presentable/convenient for residents. The atmosphere the management had taken into consideration was highly admirable. For example, valet trash pick up, double door entrances to the apartment and bathroom, and the cyber cafe, and the first month to opt out of the lease. The landscape and the community looked well maintained including the curb and signs. I would have moved in as quickly as I could.

It is a good place to live, office staff is friendly but I think the prices are too high especially for third floor apartments. Again, I have been apartment shopping and I have found cheaper prices, some more some less better amenities and same amenities.

The community was very decent and seemed to be very well maintained. However, I felt like there should be a basketball court or a tennis court. In addition, there should be more than one cable/Internet service provider so that residents can have choice.

The location is nice, right off the HWY 6 on the outskirts of Sugar Land. The current management is excellent, and all the renovations lately have been very nice. Can't wait to see the upcoming computer lab!
