I can not make a good judgement based on not being able to see everything that the community had to offer. Amenities are very important to me and I did not see any at all.

This is a very beautiful property, but that alone does not make it a great place to live.

I would,but the prices are to high.

This community showed very well and the Leasing Professional did a good job selling it!

Although this community is quite expensive, they have all of the amenities you could need. The staff are attentive and the community itself is beautiful.

Just because of the staff the manager I would personally want to tell evrryone not to move here just because of the the management is not at all understanding and anything superior the the manager isthe director who is never avaliable

I would not recommend because of the price & the outside doors continuously being slammed.

Staff provides exceptional service

This community can boast about being located minutes away from retail shopping and dining. It is easy to access a major intersection and is newly constructed. The grounds are clean and well maintained. They have unique features like an enclosed porch with outside storage. It has the feel of a condo or duplex home. There are thoughtful details throughout the apartment floor plans. They have ample cabinet space and a pantry in the kitchen. There are updated appliances and spacious bedrooms and closets. There are also much needed linen closets in the bathrooms. The staff was warm and friendly. They demonstrated a sincere desire to help. They also have the residents in mind with the ability to pay and handle service requests online, eliminating the need to have to go into the office or call each time you need assistance.

I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking or even not looking for a place of residence. In fact, I have already recommended The Marquis at Sugar Land to many coworkers and friends.

Most people I know agree the rent is quite high.

As a real customer, based on the property I would have leased. It is a great property, well maintained in a great location.

Are the prices high? Yes. But I don't want to live in a 'cheap" apt complex. What makes it worth it is the new construction, the amazing courtesy of the staff, especially Javier, Ricardo, and Jessica! They will give you a portable AC unit at 2AM, they will come help you out of a lockout at 3AM, they will even give you their cell phone numbers so you can always have someone to count on.. once you're a resident. I don't even want to be a home owner anymore, I am too spoiled with the service I receive here.

These apartments are beautiful. Most of the staff is very energetic and welcoming. The property landscaping is fabulous with the right amount of color.

I would recommend the community based on the style and location. I would not recommend based on pricing and the issue with the outer doors being slammed constantly.
