This was a nice community. The leasing professional was quite professional and personable throughout my visit. She took time to understand my needs to find an apartment for me. The community grounds were well kept and it looked like the staff was very involved with the residents. They were quite interactive with the residents. Overall a good community to live at.

The Leasing Professional did a good job in her presentation and was very professional and friendly. The community itself had a welcoming appeal, with a high standard of maintenance. I had a good experience at the community today. I would have leased there. It was a community I would refer to others.

The rates are too expensive, slow or no response from management. Noisy neighbors, constant slamming doors

I would advise living on an "end" apartment if I do recommend.

I'm embarrassed to admit how much I have to pay, so I'm not sure I would recommend it to friends. My extended family cannot afford the place.

If they were living in the sugar land area but do not mind commuting to work else where, I would recommend. Because otherwise, you have to take bellfort, a long street to hwy 59 into Houston, or go the other way on highway 6 to access interstate 10 or westheimer.
