I would only recommend this apartment to those that have the wallet for it, the grounds are beautiful and the units are lovely. But I would warn about staff possibly being unfriendly and slow maintenance, and thin walls.

Cost for rent seems high and the area is not as safe as I would like.

I have to say that I was really taken care of on the tour. The leasing professional was enthusiastic about the apartment. The community was beautiful, and I would definitely send someone there.

As stated previously at your current price point the "bang for the buck" isn't there. If these issues were resolved your community would be a spectacular value but I'd say you have some work to do!
