Too many things that cannot be controlled and the gate has been too many times unable to get in even with the remote.

Reasonable rent, nice apartments, safe community, friendly staff. But remodel is hell right now and location not ideal.

The walls are thin and you can hear everything in the next apartment or above you. The gates stay broken and people park where ever they feel(visitors), parking is bad for residents who actually pay rent and live at the complex.

Thin walls, heavy doors always slamming (and it's 2 not just one), residents let cats and dogs roam free or not on a leash, and visitor and resident parking not ever enforced are some of the many reasons I would hardly ever recommend living here

The staff seemed friendly and welcoming. The maintenance personnel seemed knowledgeable and hard working. The community was really clean and quiet. I would have considered this community if I was looking because it was close to everything.

The property presentation was very nice. The traffic in the office outside and inside reflected a nice rapport with residents. The team was very warm and inviting.

The leasing agent was nice, knowledgeable and professional at all times. The community was beautiful and well kept. It seemed quiet and safe and the price was good.

Have someone available to answer the phone at all times during working hours.
Have a more definitive time window for maintenance arrival.
Maintain security including working gates.
Landscaping has gone down considerably.
Personnel are great!
