It's a little pricey. I would say it is nice but too expensive.

The complex has lacked lately. Toys, bikes, trash and especially drying laundry on the balconies has lowered the quality of the complex. In addition, the garages need attention. There are loose gutters and lights out again reflecting a lower image of the complex.

With the past 3 weeks that we have been here we have made many enhancements and will continue to do so.
