The front office is very good at their job, great follow up, and friendly to your requests.
I would have liked to see you be a bit more flexible in your rates. I know I am short term but if I extend a few more months then I would have expected to see a rate set closure to the length of my total stay.

If you have a big family or many friends do not as the visitor parking guidelines will not work for them. If you are okay with that, then the rest of the apartments complex is beautiful and a very friendly campus.

I have already recommended to several people. The atmosphere at this complex is very comfortable. Pets are welcomed and enjoyed by all. And we all enjoy our fun around the pool and other amenities. There are no major noise problems, all residents are respectful and kind to each other. The apartment itself is above-average and feels like a true home, not just a cubicle in a complex.

Visitor parking hardly ever available, I'm constantly concern my friends would get towed if they visit and there's no where to park.

I was really impressed with the community. I would have leased there. The agent's effort to explain twenty four hour maintenance was commendable. The explanation that the agent resided in the community was an effective way of discussing how life there was.
