Before the new company took over we would recommend this place. But now we probably wouldn't. It seems like the new office staff doesn't want to be here, and they're extremely rude and act as if the residents annoy them. We would renew our lease if it wasn't for them, but now we are looking to rent some where else.

The serenity of the surroundings - trees and the overall landscape is well kept.

I feel safe but I think for the money someone could get a much nicer apartment

We would recommend this apartment complex because of the friendliness of the staff, effectiveness of the maintenance team, safety of the area. The only reason that I would not recommend this complex is due to high costs of rent including the pet deposit and monthly pet rent.

The new office staff is useless and rude

For the most part it is nice, safe, and located in a nice neighborhood with great schools.

The parking situation is terrible and needs to be attended to. If I arrive home from work anytime after 6pm I have to park about 100-300 yards away from my apartment building. When I used to work nights, I did not feel safe walking from my car to my apartment at midnight. I live in the 800 building and would often have to park in the parking spots by the front office. The front gate issue can be quite frustrating at times. It seems like the gate is broken and left open most of the time or the gate code won't work at all. If the gate code is not going to work properly, I don't think you should charge for an additional remote.

With CWS being on board now I would recommend this community.

friends have actually asked me how it was to live here when looking for residence, and told them it is nice but waaaay to expensive.

I would recommend the setting of the apartments but would honestly tell folks that the units themselves have not been adequently maintained or updated since they were built. Internet and Wifi reception is poor and we are limited in alternative providers.

My most of the family members living in this complex; but they are starting to move out because of neglecting for service they request and high rental .

Prior to management, we would have offered it to anyone! With new management now, we don't have an opinion yet, because we are not had an experience with them yet.

I always recommend these apartments because of the previous incentive. I have always been pleased with these apartments and all that they offer.

Nice quiet place with decent tenants.
