Staff is nice. The place is quiet. Parking is really BAD!

The community was an excellent example of fine apartment living in the area. There was a friendly staff in a true gated community, and it had all of the expected amenities, all for a price far less that expected.

I would love to call this community home. It was quiet even though school was out and very well maintained.

I really enjoy the pleasant neighborhood and lovely apartment complex. It is quiet and peaceful, and the lease amount I am paying is reasonable. The staff does try to make the apartment a nice place to live, with occasional community events, and maintenance staff is friendly and prompt. Current rent rates seem fairly comparable to complexes in the area, although some of the others are newer and fancier. The complex has added valet trash, which is expensive and seems a bit unnecessary; I would much prefer to walk a short distance to the garbage bins than to pay so much extra per month to have someone else pick it up, not to mention that my garbage always seems to fill up on the days that they do not pick up trash. The complex is quiet except for the office area, in which they keep music/the radio on even during the night. It also seems less friendly to prospective renters than it was under previous management, as the gates are always closed during office hours, and service in the office can be slow (possibly they have been short-staffed at times). Last year, I did recommend the complex to friends, and they gave up after sneaking in the gates behind a resident and then waiting in the office for 20 minutes without being helped. The biggest problem, however, is the internet service here; it is pretty slow and seems not to work at all about 1/3 of the time I have tried it recently. There are certainly pros and cons to living here; I love some things about it but would hesitate to unreservedly recommend it.

Its a nice property in a nice area, but frankly the one thing that would be a deal breaker for most people is the poor internet provided by sight and sound. You are forced to get direct TV and sign a contract if you want "cable". The internet is a joke. Many professionals work from home these days and sight and sound doesn't deliver. Its slow and fails constantly. It would be an investment to buy them out and let someone like sudden link provide "true" cable internet and cable instead tricking someone into thinking that they can get cable internet which is actually provided through the phone company "Century Link".

I liked this apartment very much. The large one bedroom apartment was very nice it had a very large kitchen with a nice open bar and countertop. The dining area was nice and large. The bathroom was a very good size and in a great location inside the apartment, I would definitely live there.

This was a well kept community that offered nice amenities. The leasing professional was very nice and involved me in the tour. I would tell my friends and family about this community.

If I did suggest it to anyone, it would be with a strong warning about the internet on the complex. Regardless of my persisting issues, speed has gotten better over the year, but the internet service provider is non-responsive. Calls usually go to voicemail. If you leave a message, they won't call back. If you email them, there's probably less than 50% chance they'll respond. I hate having to get the complex office involved, but that's the best way to get someone to come out.

My leasing professional provided me with a detailed tour of the community, its amenities and two apartments. The apartment I toured was one of the nicest I had seen. I felt very comfortable there and could easily see myself living in that community. I would definitely let friends and associates know about this community.

I was impressed by the beautiful curb appeal when driving into the community. The community provides amenities that most others do not provide. I was quite impressed with the onside tour presentation. I enjoyed it.
