Had a business contact that was looking for 5-8 apartments while working on a long term contract where they would put their employees into apartments. With all the problems...break-ins, robberies and parking nightmare there was no way in good faith that I would have ever recommended this complex.
This is the worst apartment complex I have ever rented from moving out soon!!!!

I used to recommend this community often to friends and co-workers. As tenant quality has reduced, so has my recommendations. The dog park needs to be attended to regularly.
We are working to improve our resident standards. It appears we fell short in meeting your expectations. We ask that residents pick up after their pets however this does not happen on a regular basis. We have hired a company called Doody Calls to come out weekly to insure we take care of this issue.
I totally agree that the tenant quality is horrible. I have Mr. and Mrs. "fights like dogs at 2am" above me. They cuss and scream and threaten each other with murder ... I am glad I'm leaving soon and WILL NOT be back.

I have lived here for 2 years and I have not had any major issues with the complex. anytime i need something fixed/changed it is done within 24 hours, if longer there is a note telling why. My neighbors aren't noisy, well nothing you dont' expect in an apartment complex. I have really enjoyed these apartments.

Each time management changes we seem to look less like a community. The personable feel the community use to have is gone. I understand we are in a recession so cut backs are necessary, but we have to be mindful that people matter.

Horrible service!
When you first get there, like all sales people they do everything I make you feel happy an at home. But once your a resident you can't get time of day. They don't answer the phone, they don't return your calls if you leave a message. It took us 8 days to get a hold of them. There is absolutely no parking. Seriously the closest available parking is in the autozone parking lot across the street. And if you park any where your not suppose to.. The bam! The towe you and you have to pay 200+$.
Needless to say, absolute worse experience of my life. I don't recommend this for anyone.. Ever!!! And if you do decide to rent here when your lease is up be prepared to pay a lot more than the previous year.

Really liked the building I was in. Was quiet...it's not anymore, we had no older children in the building, like the ones that like to play with a basketball outside my front door that I have asked to please go play somewhere else.
