I have lived here for 3 years, I will say when the new management took over they got a lot more strict. I would really recommend they tell people who have a garage, to actually use it as a garage and not a storage space, because they are taking up parking spaces and there is barely enough to go around. the staff has been friendly to me, but I don't really have to deal with them to much. I would say the noise is the same as at any complex. I do have neighbors above me who sound like elephants when they walk, when they walk the ceiling and walls shake, they blame it on their baby. and when they walk down the stairs they are always yelling and stomping, that's annoying. I might sign another lease, but depends on if they go up to much on my rent, might as well rent a house at the prices they are showing on their website.

I HAVE REFERED MY MOTHER AND SEVERAL FRIENDS TO LIVE HERE.

I'd explain our experience and recommend this unit for someone who wanted to be in this area and was only going to sign on for no more than a year.

Would...apartment configuration, location, office staff and amenities

Would not...litter, noise and troublesome residents

The community was extremely attractive. The office was light and airy and the lime green accents were delightful. The curb appeal was amazing due to the cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property. The management company should be very proud of their community.

great community to live in and a low rate for rent

No much flexibility on price arrangement . I in the process to buying a new house , I just need to extent my lease Three more months or month to month. to move out ,, but the price is sky rocket high..I am good customer .. that is the only thing.. I would like to have some consideration living in the complex for almos a year.. by the staff are awesome.. all very kind ..

The only drawback is the ant/pest problem that is a nuisance

I moved here to be close to work but I cannot wait till my lease is up. The kitchen is tiny no pantry. I've see. The occasional roach. And dear god I hear absolutely everything my upstairs neighbor does from their child crying to their phone vibrating it's like I live with them. This place is so annoying worse than any of my dorm rooms! Parking is terrible and beware they tow all the time. not worth the money! 

I love this place but the parking is terrible!!!! Not enough spots to purchase. And those that purchase only use as a backup. So they're using a public spot because it's convenient. HATE THE PARKING!!!!!

I would not recommend this apartment to my family or friends mainly because the rent seems high for my one bedroom and the walls and windows don't seem to be very noise resistant or insulated at all. I live on the third floor and when kids are playing in the grassy area by the pool it sounds like they are right by my window and also I can hear the person next to me clearly through wall talking on the phone or even bathing.

I liked my overall experience with the leasing agent, however I would not move here only because I think what the property charges is not worth the actual apartment offer. I have more features in the apartment complex I live in now and it is a lot cheaper. I feel the complex should offer more for the money they are asking for.

cost versus value, is not good

For people like me needing a place to live while having a new home built. The staff was not very cooperative on having to extend the lease a couple months. Rate was extremely high. At the time of setting up original lease was told to extend lease if my house was not completed would only be $100.00. It was $400 per month to extend for two months. The 60 day written notice is unreasonable for anyone to know that far in advance exactly when they would need to leave.

I believe it is a little overpriced. I dont care what market value is..I care about realistic value. Realistically...apartments worth living in around the Katy area are overpriced. But anyone looking already knows they are gonna pay too much.
