I love my apartment. I do not love my neighbors who always seem to have multiple dogs that bark constantly. Currently, it is two apartments downstairs with two dogs each and they bark all the time, for long periods of time.

The community appeared to be luxurious and well maintained. The interior of the apartment was modern with newer appliances. The resident events provided were better than other apartments. The grounds were clean and quiet. The staff came across as knowledgeable and caring.

I would recommend this community because it is adorable and safe. The office staff, maintenance and security are all kind and helpful. We plan on being here until we purchase our first home.

Yes, the apartment was decent, but there was really nothing that wowed me and wanted to make me really want to live there. The good thing was the location of the community in a quiet area of Katy. The landscape was not bad either.

This community was not as amenity rich as other Marquis communities. The staff seemed friendly and I loved the 24 hour maintenance guarantee. I would refer others to this community.

The parking alone is worth leaving. The rent is too high for such a small apartment on the 3rd floor. You can CLEARLY hear the football stadium announcer through your walls from down the street. The stench of weed from nearby neighbors is awful.
