I loved the property. The most appealing was the location. It was convenient to all the major highways which was definitely important living in Houston. The staff seemed to be very friendly and available. While observing their doors were opened, and I witnessed them helping each other to solve various issues that arose with the residents. The apartment layout was spacious and quiet. The fact that it already came with a security system was a definite plus. The price definitely seemed to reasonable and matched the property and its amenities.

No parking for family or friends, the visitor spots are always full of the same vehicles which leads me to believe they are vehicles of occupants living in the complex who wouldnt pass the background check to be on the lease.

I spoke with our maintenance team and made sure the AC unit was re-checked. I would like to know when a good time for me to call would be so that we may further discuss some of the issues.

I would not recommend this apartment community to my family or friends. There are multiple problems with this apartment community. One of the main problems is parking for guest and residents. Another problem is the lack of maintenance to actually fix problems with apartments.

This community is not extended family oriented. For almost a year I have not invited any family or friends over to see the apartment because they would have to walk from what it seems like a block. I've been very anxious to move because I can't enjoy my nieces or nephew. This makes me sad!!!

If your looking for a place to call home READ

I recommend Marquis at Katy 100%!! I lived here for almost 3 years and I've grown with the staff and the community!! I'm writing this because I feel this property is to be recognized for all the great things and value they bring to the table . I only left because of lifesye changes not because I wanted to! The team upfront is caring and value their residents which is a plus! Carolina, Jose ,Melony,Jose ,Lester & Yoslen all hard and attentive workers did I make my point? CWS great management to live under they go by VALUES! Parking I had no problem with apartments are apartments you can't expect to have a two car garage waiting for you! I lived in building 3 where there is always more than enough parking only reason why people won't park there is cause they don't want to walk 2 sec to their apartment! Roaches never had not one ! Please keep in mind you have to be clean if you want to avoid those critters! Pricing is reasonable for the great things that they offer mostly the customer service! Maintance is on their A GAME never had to go more than 2 hrs without something getting done!I have no bad things to say! more people that are happy living here should voice their opinion so future residents looking for a good place for their family won't get disencouraged by reading the negative things some people that didn't get it their way have to say I'm doing this cause I go to the Internet before I go anywhere from restaurants to shopping centers to venues and apartments and I would always pass up good places for bad reviews!
