great area apartments are nice wish there were attached garages and also wish it was more square footage for the price overall I enjoy living here!

Some neighbors are very inconsiderate with noise. Many leave trash out against the hallway walls outside of the provided bins which attracts gnats. Maintenance is very timely and helpful.

The major problem I have is the dogs. People don't walk their dogs on a leash and don't pick up after their dogs. Also, the dogs around my apartment bark constantly, at least 3 apartments worth, and complaints to the office do no good.

The trash pickup is something that needs to be worked on...especially with people not putting their bags in the trash can. The stairs/halls are disgusting and I will they were pressure washed more often.

I had an overall good experience. The customer service was outstanding. The leasing professional made me feel like I was a priority. She went out in the rain. She made me feel as if she could go the distance if I needed anything. I thought the community was great.

The agent was beyond great and appears to love her job as she is very good at it. The community was well kept. It seemed to be a quiet place to live and the going rate for the apartments are very reasonable.
