I cannot sleep in my Master BedRoom

I like the apartment .
But, my master bedroom is killing me. Everyday 24x7, I will get a loud water drop or some noise from the wall & I have put a service request on the day I moved in & it is not addressed even after 2 weeks. I am really disappointed. I hope this issue is addressed so I can sleep my my master bedroom.

dog poop all over

watch where u step. There's dog poop all over

Great Move in until the dog next door

I love my unit - wood floors are so great. My neighbor's dog would be the only reason why I dont stay and/or move out early if it doesnt get taken care of. Its loud, obnoxious barking and howling is very inconsiderate and needs to be addressed. Also - I put on my move in sheet that my fan needs to be tightened. The guy came and he said we would return and never did.

For what the property had to offer and where it was located I understand the pricing, but there could have been more that could have been offered.

Poor service

Very nice apartments, but maintenance shows when and if they feel like it. Expect to wait hours for an emergency and days for a regular service call.

I'm veeling very good about moving to OVR

Ss far, so good. Staff is helpful, warm, and instructive. Atmostphere is inviting and surrounding are poisitive.

On a scale of 1 - 10 I would rate it a 7.

The parking is awful but the maintenance is extremely timely.

Great Location. Love the hardwood. Customer service and management lacking!!!

Floor plans, amenities, and price make me want to move to a property.... Customer service makes me want to stay. I will not be renewing my lease here even though I love the place. Firstly because of the huge price increase. I am paying $1.30 per sq. foot when all said and done (Gas, Water, Trash (which they don't tell you about when you look) etc.). I don't believe the staff here are top performers or empowered. I work in the service industry (GM of a popular fast casual restaurant) and know how hard it is to please people. I also know what you need to do to ensure your guests/customers/residents keep coming back (which I do believe is the goal).... I take ownership of my restaurant and I am empowered to make it the best I can. I try to get better every day. I will go the extra mile. I expect the same.
Hardwood?!?!?!?! When I have this smelly carpet

This community is very warm and quiet. The buildings are a red brick, and the property has a lot of trees and landscaping. It is very serene and almost a park like setting.

The community was located in a very nice area. The leasing professionals were very helpful and professional.

Good place to live with a few flaws

Overall a decent place to live. Good quality and low electric bills. Most service requests are handled promptly. I would recommend but here are things to watch for.

1. Parking is absolutely terrible in phase 1 by MacArthur. I'm supposedly on a waiting list of some sort for a covered space but sometimes I get home late park a half mile away from my apt then walk past open covered spaces, regularly. Then they have the gall to add a handicap space for one tenant then cannot find covered spaces. They've put way too many people in this area and its too crowded. Rent in phase 2 where the parking isn't as bad.

2. They go up on my rent $55 for a year renewal. Ridiculous but I signed because I'm trying to eventually get in a house anyway.

3. Trash pick up. They leave ridiculous notes on your door if trash isn't tied a certain way. I've had them leave notes for one single bag of trash that was perfectly tied.

4. This may be my location but I have a noisy neighbor with loud music at weird times, like 8 am on a Sunday morning or late at night. I've called the cops and the front office but it still happens on occasion. Not bad just strange.

5. Service in the office is good, most of the time. I go to drop my rent and the girls will just tell me put it in the box. They took away the outside drop box, a stupid move if u ask me.

6. They encourage u to pay rent etc online. When I first moved in I tried to set up an online account to no avail nothing worked at all. Someone from corporate even called and they tried and still didn't work. I still do not have an online account it does not let me log in so I have to wak in and pay my rent.

Seems like I'm not picking and maybe I am but overall a good experience. Have had few problems with my apartment and just a few small issues listed above. Recommend? Yes. As with anything just ask plenty of questions before u rent.

I thought that it was a very well run apartment complex. There were an abundance of amenities and the rooms were in very good shape. I thought the prices were a bit high when you factored in the mandatory insurance and utility costs. Overall, it was a very nice property.

These apartments are really nice, inside and out. Living here would be nice.

The property does have an attractive curb appeal with its mature trees.
