I have enjoyed my time here - the community is kind, quiet and peaceful. Great location, very close to the river walk trails. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful - any problems have been resolved quickly. Its a great place to come home to.

The apartment is nice and quiet. My only noise complaint is that my window and patio face the street and it is quite noisy with cars at times. There is plenty of parking on either side of my building. The grounds are well kept, the only complaint would be flooding on the sidewalks when it rains. The pool is great and the gym is decent. I had two maintenance issues when I first moved in and they were addressed the next day.

The property was very well maintained with nice landscaping. The property covered a very large area. The associate I encountered was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure, but the associate appeared to want to help me find my new home.

Very nice apartments in a safe neighborhood with beautiful surroundings for walking, running, biking etc. Apartments are well kept and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from groceries, movies, restaurants, and shopping.

When I first moved here 9 years ago this was one of the prettiest properties in area One reason I moved here was the landscaping and it looked great when you drove up. Now the bushes have been cut so much so badly that there are holes in bushes cut to the base I have pictures that I can share to show how TWO bushes have been trimmed to look like one small one Either they don't know what they are doing or they are trying to get more money out of you to replace what they should let grow

I have asked to talk to manager several times about cracks in my apartment and the landscaping and can not get her to call me or come to see what I am talking about. I have several bad cracks in my apartment from shifting.

The apartments were painted last year and within a month the paint was buckling and peeling on my front porch. I asked them to fix it when I renewed my lease again but nothing has been done.

I can defenitely recommend this community. Maintenance team are just perfect and they fix problems as soon as raised,well responsive. only problem with oaks is security. I heard theft of items in car in the night from my friend and also no security is poor at entrances unlike in enclave community and so, we should be careful all the time. any stranger can enter oaks with too many entrances. other prblm is we hear noise from upstairs even if they walk little hard. Other than these two ,oaks is perfect in its place in terms of rent and it its near by to many stores that we often go. we are happy staying here on the whole.

I would recommend this area because it is a great area to live. The price might be a little higher for a one bedroom. They also did not upkeep the grounds, the grass was very long like it had not been cut in a while.

I love everything about my apartment and the community. It's quiet. I rarely have any issues with noise which is nice because I get up early and go to bed early. Also, the open concept of the two bedroom is amazing. The layout is roomy.

We live on the backside of complex and it is quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are friendly. The complex is wooden and provides plenty of shade throughout. Maintenance was great and quick to respond even during weekend hours. The area does have settling which results in doors being off slightly causing air to draft in out and they stick at times opening and closing doors. Otherwise it is a peaceful, quiet community.

Nice apartments and good amenities. Maintenance is taken care of in a pretty timely manner and the office staff is easy to deal with. Good location and affordable.

I like the landscape, floor plan and amenities, but the problem is with the maintenance, Maintenance is not at all good , we need to do repeated followups with office and even they are responding good,

If you don't mind 3 inch cockaroaches in your apartment then...welcome Other than that, it's okay.
