Nice and quiet
Nice and quiet but we feel being charged for trash pickup is ridiculous. The dumpster is literally seconds from our unit. There are several very large hornets always in the patch of grass by our front door under the stairs. We are very allergic
A great place to call home
The neighbors are quiet. The community is clean. The buildings are average but no glaring problems. The only problem I've seen is that an alarming number of dog owners do not leash their dogs, but the manager takes these complaints seriously.
Comfortable living one could call home
I enjoy living at the Oaks at Valley . The apartment I'm in is very spacious and caters to my spouse and I needs. Our neighbor are very nice and the surrounding areas are peaceful. I like calling this place my home.
Started good, but getting worse
I have repeatedly put in maintenance requests at the office over the past 2 months but nothing has been done. Also i feel raising the rent by 10 every 7 months is not reasonable.
not a good stay
My experience is not good compared to other apartments I stayed in. Buildings are very old and have lot of issues. Insulation is worst. Maintenance takes lot of time to respond. I stay here only because I like the floor plan.

Poor Rating
The foundation issues have yet to be resolved and continue to get worse causing multiple maintanence request for doors not closing, unable to lock front door and doors flying open. Poor foundation also leads to more pest coming into apartment than apartments near by. When you call the front office, there is rarely someone there to answer the phone and voice messages and emails are not returned.
everything good exxept for maintenance
We have been here for 4 months now. We have paid our rent on time every month. We were promised repairs general , painting, caulking of holes, etc. None of that have been done. We've talk to every person in the office and no one can help. Everything else about the apartments are okay. You'll be happy as long as you don't need maintenance.
It's been ok so far
The community is great. The only issue is I can hear my neighbors around me. When I first moved in, maintenance was on top of things, lately not so much. I still have a toilet that constantly sounds like it's flushing.
Love the area, price per month not worth it.

Oaks at Valley Ranch
The apartments are very spacious and the area is quiet and nice. Parking can be tricky at certain times of nights.
