Reviews

Okay but too pricy.

Lets start with pros:
Tons of parking in phase two, trash pick up, nice layouts especially for one bedrooms, Outdoor storage and a large patio. Both pools are beautiful, Great Workout room, and it is nice to be so close (2 miles) to the highway. The apartments look very nice and they keep up with the grounds quite well. Maintenance as of late has been much quicker at providing assistance to us in a timely matter.

Cons:
Bugs, so many bugs, and during the summer we are scared to leave the house. I would have loved to use my large patio but was unable to due to the amount of mosquito s on the property, I don t think they spray for them. Other apartments around this area don t have the same issue.
Trash pickup doesn t always happen, and more then once I have had to take my own trash.
Water heaters/water issues happen often and water is shut off most times without warning.
The bathtub is going to be resurfaced for the second time, and they fixed the foundation, but we are still having issues with the doors.
Our neighbors are loud and disrupting, I haven t slept a full night since they moved in and you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls.
There is a bend in the parking lot, where we almost get hit by people rounding it to quickly every morning since we moved in, we expressed our concern but they don t care.
Staff is difficult to reach, and can be unprofessional, a new management company and staff have taken over, and it is frustrating because calls are never answered, voice mails are never returned and worst of all we have gone up there many times just to be ignored while the staff chats in the back of the office.
Every time we need to use the printer in the business center it is out of paper, isn t that part of what we pay for?

I don t mind living here, but it is expensive for the price we pay to have so much wrong with our apartment, we stay because of the area, but will not renew after next year.

Clean and quite environment

It is a good place to live. Clean and quite environment. I hate that the office leaves notices on your door the day of whatever is going on that day. Example: new mail boxes were being placed and the notice to pick your mail up was the day that they were replacing the mail boxes. Also they have a lot of water shut down to repair the pipes.

Nice, but could be updated

My apartment is outdated. Doors are lopsided and need to be redone due to leveling. there is about an inch of space between the carpet and the baseboards. the paint on the shelves and walls are so thick that anything you set on the shelf leaves indentions and gets stuck in the paint because it has been painted over so much. The air conditioner/heater does not work properly. it is either excruciating hot or freezing cold. Cabinets are small and need to be updated, drawers are outdated as well and don t open or close all the way. The whole apartment just needs to be updated, and I don t mean with stainless steel appliances, just make everything work properly.

It s a great place to live!

It s quiet, conveniently located to everything I need, and maintenance always responds promptly to requests.

Living here is adequate.

No more comment needed.

Water Wasters & Car Storage Experts!

There care more about keeping their grass green, rather than keeping you dry. If you re not inside before 10pm be prepared to get drenched!

And don t worry about abandoning your car in their parking lots, because it s practically impossible for someone to get towed. This includes cars parked in handicapped spots without handicap tags.

Simply put, they just don t care.

Overpriced

would not recommend.

I am glad I made the move!

I moved in about 2 months ago. I have not had any major problems. I walked my apartment before move in, it was suprisingly very clean the cleanest I've ever seen any of my apartments before move in. I have had several work orders for normal small things, such as light bulbs being out, shower curtain came down, etc. nothing major. I have not had a huge issue with maintenance not showing up. I typically put my work orders in and call the office to make sure that they have them. There has been a couple instances where I needed maintenance to come the same day. I called Rikelle and it was taken care of before I got home from work, which was perfect for me! The maintenance guys are very nice and helpful. My apartment is very nice and cozy. I love the trash pick up at the door, even though I am so used to walking it to the trash myself, I miss them most of the time, LOL! I finally caught the trash guy the other night to confirm the pick up days (sun-thurs), I think is right. The trash guys are very nice as well. I can hear some noises from my neighbors but nothing extremely loud or out of the ordinary. I am sure I make some noises myself, people have to move around! No place will be dead silent, that would weird me out anyway. My neighbors are really nice as well. My overall experience has been very good. I am pleased with my decision to move into this community. I moved from The Resort at Valley Ranch, that place was a complete DUMP, don't even get me started!
Everything was great.......until I had to deal with Brooke on an issue! Now, I am considering moving out at the end of my lease and I still have about 10 months left! She must have forgotten that if it wasn't for RENTERS she wouldn't get a check! If it wasn't for Salina, I wouldn't have chose this property anyway! Rikelle is also extermely nice as I originally stated. Never had to deal with Brooke until now and I hope I never have to, ever again!

It was a nice experience. The leasing professional was nice.

I am not happy with living here

I will not be renewing my lease the office staff is not friendly and does not handle requests, and maintenace does not come I have called the office and submitted multuple requests online

The leasing professional did a superb job showcasing the property, assessing my specific needs and floor preference. She told me about the on-site amenities and showed them. She attempted to close the sale by asking if I wanted to get started on an application that day. I would recommend this leasing professional to family seeking to find a new home.

extremely dissatisfied

Attempting to have the staff assist with the dissatisfaction you are having is a long and stressful process. Constant calls, emails, and follow ups have left my request for assistance in limbo. I would not recommend moving to these apartments as well as intend to leave details of my experience on any apartment review website I find available. No one deserves sleepless nights due to noise levels and having their day impacted due to lack of sleep.

As a real customer, I would lease an apartment in the community. The community looked well maintained. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The staff were concerned about my needs.

Nice apartments.

I like it... nice community - only issue is that you can hear my neighbor snore - walls are too thin. Also, can you please add what I owe for my utilities before the 1st of the month- I like to pay my rent in advance and I never know what the amount is .
