Overall, I really like the property Brooke, I do not like. I had one run in with her and it will be my last. If, I had not been treated poorly by her, I could have lived in the community for a very long time. However, customer service is extremely important to me. Even more so than the community I live in. I will give my notice to vacate as soon as my lease is aproaching renewal.

Salina was extremely nice and very personable, in my opinion. I really hate that she is gone. Rikelle is very helpful as well. If I needed something done, she got it done.

We preferred this apartment community because of the trees. it has lot of trees with good shades during summer. The location is also great. The gym and swimming pool facilities are very good. Already referred two of our friends to this community. The floor plans are great.The cons are the A C units are present outside the bedroom window which is bit noisy. Also some people don't clean up their dog waste. We have been here for 1 year and we didn't see any problem in the community. The staffs are very helpful.

The property was very nice and clean. The floor plan was very open and original. The closets were huge. I really wish I could have seen the gym.

Floors and walls not sound proof. Can hear television noise from the floor below and adjacent apartments. Very irritating when loud music played from below apartments especially during night.

Older property, but well maintained leasing staff is the best. Courtesy Officer is prompt and professional.

I honestly had no issues at the oaks. Maintenance requests were handled in a very timely manner. I only encountered one neighbor that wasn't pleasant and they were quickly removed from the property. Best experience yet in these past two years. Thankful to have found this place when first moving to Dallas No regrets whatsoever

The community seems like a very nice apartment community with very appealing floor plans.

Good complex. Some foundation issues, but the new staff fix everything that is reported. I would recommend.

Great location. Women at the main office could be more nice but over all very happy about where I live.

Walls are too thin

On relocating here and looking for a place to stay, this property was good for me with the 2 closets in a 1-bedroom and they said all of the right things for the price. After the 1-year lease was up, there was a rate increase year 2, another rate increase year 3, an even deeper increase and a substantial increase in water and sewer charges. However, there are no improvements made in my unit even after I wrote it on my checklist upon move in. There are cracks in my unit I guess from all of the earthquakes that it just scares me. I also get so sick of looking at trash BY the trash container until I physically pick up what I can and put it in the container.

My garbage disposal needed replacing but instead of replacing it, they just unloosened a nut and bolt and said it was fixed now. Well, guess what? It is still not fixed! When I use it, the water comes out underneath so I just try not to use it, placed a bucket underneath, and now see why it was painted under the cabinet.

Its an economical place with nice location, office staff attitude is sometimes rough and maintenance ticket process is lost in translation with hit or miss kind of system.
