We love the location and its access to 635 and other major highways, restaurants, shopping. The apartment in itself is decently up to date. The residents are quiet, however we are on the bottom level and the floors above us squeak as they are poorly made or old. The Customer service of the apartment complex has been awful. They are very slow to respond and their follow-up is terrible. We have had 4 leaks in our apartment in less than 3 months and it has not been handled properly. We will definitely not be living here again once our lease ends.

The staff is terrific and truly cares about their residents. The floor plans are very nice and up to date and I have not had any issues at all where maintenance had to get involved. All around an excellent place to live This is my 5th apartment to live in and The Oaks At Valley Ranch blows away the competition.

Pretty good place to live, seems to be quite a bit of construction going on. Some things are outdated, but that is to be expected with a complex this old. I occasionally hear my neighbors, but not often. I haven't lived here for long, so I am not a great reference.
