I would because it is a quiet community.

The only reason I would not recommend this property is because of the dramatic rises in rental rates at renemwal times. This creates an environment of a more "transient" resident who does not care about the property like a long-term resident does.

like i said, beside the closet problem, i do like this place....but the prices now are way too high i don't know if anyone can afford it.

Would like to have Wallet trash facility and children play area. Also lot of residents leaves trash in front of their units which is really causing problem. Though Lease office sent lot of notices, still people are doing it.

I like this apartment complex a lot overall. It is not perfect and there a few issues, but it is still the best apartment complex I have ever lived at.

Due to the proximity of the fire station and the lousy appliances and speeding in the apartment complex and not picking up after dogs, I can't recommend this apartment complex since I'm not wanting to stay here myself.

The community was very clean. The Leasing Professional provided a nice tour and pointed out everything the apartment had to offer.

As a customer I would have leased the unit. The upkeep of the property was really nice and the leasing professionals very nice and knowledgeable. The property was small not a lot of people and the area was nice. Brad really tired to help me and I think he did a great job at trying to meet my needs. The best part I didn't even have to ask to many questions because he explained everything in detail.
