The leasing professional was very pleasant and I would have leased an apartment from him.

My perception of the apartment community was that it was very serene considering the location. Once I got off of the main street less than a block away it was as if I was in a different world . It was very comfortable and convenient, it was as if the traffic outside gate was nonexistent.

The location to the apartment was great. It was near to some great restaurants. If you loved a green environment, it was definitely the place to live. I really appreciated the upkeep of the apartment and the beautiful landscaping. Small details, such as the cleanliness of the parking lot, were duly noted and appreciated. It seemed like a great place to live.

The community was presented in a very pleasing and positive manner. I felt as though the leasing professional was genuinely interested in making certain that I made a well informed decision about my new apartment.

The property was nice but very expensive. The kitchens were not modern.

The leasing specialist was great. He was so warm and friendly. He was very easy to talk to. He had great knowledge about the apartment, the community, the area and the company. He took pride in all of it. The only thing that could have been better was that there should have been someone there to greet me as I walked in, but after thinking about it there was a couple that was pulling away from the leasing office as I was parking. Jose may have been putting keys away from their tour or he may have been helping some one in another room. The community was beautiful and well maintained. I had an great experience the day of my visit.

I love my apartment in my 4 walls and the staff is great. The other tennants who live here are disrespectful to the public areas, and very noisey.

The staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was shown all the community had to offer as far as amenities. The apartment shown was nice and I was told of the differences there would be in my apartment. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend the community to others.
