All staff members are professional in their performance and conduct!
Just wait, give it some time. You will have a run-in with management, and you will end up leaving. They jack the rent up every time your lease it up.

The community did not have upgrades in some apartments and for the price I would not lease there.

Because is most of the safety area in westheimer and have everything near like supermarket, restaurants, Galleria and the bus.

Marquis on Westheimer is a nice place to live. Two issues would make me hesitate to recommend to others: 1) lots of people moving in & out and 2) problems with trash outside of the dumpsters.

I was very impressed with the floor plan layouts of this apartment community. The fireplaces make these apartments feel more like a home.
Great place to call home with great service
I recently moved in and I love it here. Staff in the office is so friendly and nice. Cecilia, Anthony and Duni are such sweet people. I can say that due to the wonderful service I was provided, I decided to lease. The property always looks nice and clean!!!
