This apartment community offered a good price for an extraordinary community. The leasing agent was outstanding and I felt like she wanted to attend to the call or needs of the residents. They had a great and unique customer service to offer.

The community had a great location. There was a ton of things close to the community making it very convenient as far as commute. The community was well maintained and the leasing professional seemed to be very diligent and friendly. If I was interested, I would lease and would refer people to the community.

The atmosphere of the office staff was friendly and relaxed. The staff was the best part of the presentation. I felt the apartments were a basic unit with nothing special. The 30-day no fault and 24 hour maintenance were good features for the community.

I would like to let you know that we are currently undergoing a renovation project to the interiors of our apartment homes. The property was very nice. The parking could be better as for the prospect guest, and the fitness center could be updated.

The property itself was beautiful. I wish I had seen more of it, but overall it was a beautiful property. The only downfall were the appliances. With the amount of money the appliances were not updated to have a more appealing look to them. The white on white brought the rest of the apartment down to mediocre.

The complex is close to several amenities most people would find desirable. In my opinion, rent is too high but, it appears to be in-line with comparable facilities. The proximity fire/ambulance station is something to be taken into account.
Best of Both Wirlds
This property has the best management team around! They are super friendly and helpful. The property is pretty and well maintained. The units offer premium amenities without being too expensive. This is a great area with convenient access to all freeways and The Galleria.

The purple in the model home was extremely distracting. It was memorable, but it was hard to remember anything else about the apartment itself. The agent was AWESOME!!!

The office staff were very outgoing and helpful; they truly seemed to care about my needs in my future home. Based on the location of the community to shops, restaurants and stores, this would be an excellent place to live. The amenities, community and apartment I viewed were impressive. I would recommend the community to my friends and family.

I was really impressed with the type of service provided by the leasing agent; however I also felt the community needed updates. I like the location of the community, and therefore I would recommend the community to friends and family.

I don't feel the person in front desk want to build good relationship with residents. They find many excuse to let you wait. The cartridges doesnt change immediately so that we can't print in business center.
