It feels safe, the rent is high for the age of the apartments but it's nice not having to worry about being in an unsafe location. Most of the neighbors are nice here too.

This is an older community that still needs some attention. The layout of the apartment was unique and flowed well.

The only reason I would recommend this property is because it is the cheapest in Flower Mound. And I mean that in every sense. It is very obvious this property was bought as a tax write off and it shows in the office personal and the disrepair of things like the sprinkler system and the lights that go off instead of on when you walk past them at night.

I don't really feel proud of where I live and actively do NOT invite people to my home. Why would I recommend somewhere that I was embarrassed to live in.

The apartment itself is fine, but apartment life is not for me and my family. We anxiously await our house build to finish.

Resident demographics have changed to unsafe. Are criminal history background checks being done? Teenagers have no curfew and roam the grounds at night and at day during school hours. A security guard or guards should be present on the premises, especially in an ungated apartment complex. A police officer should be provided an apartment in each building.

After living here for over ten years my one and only problem is having my rent raised all the time. It makes me feel like I'm being punished instead of rewarded for staying. Where is the insentive?

I was impressed with the clean grounds, and the apartment was very nice and presentable. I would call this property home for sure.

Too expensive for the tiny floor space. No amenities that are standard. Especially washer and dryer in apt

I would like to see paid covered parking. It is very frustrating when there are no parking spots and you have to park far away from your apartment. I would like to be able to see (and/or hear alarm,if needed)my car from my windows.

Plethora of issues. The buildings are too old and antiquated for the amount of rent requested.

There are better deals in the area. If the rent was lower I would most certainly recommend it.
