the location and office staff are wonderful

The staff was friendly and comforting. The grounds were clean. The landscaping was impressive. The apartment was not what I expected, but it was not bad. The appliances, bookshelves, and cabinets seemed low grade.

Overall, they do a good job meeting people's needs. It is located in a very pretty and scenic area. I like that they are located in a neighborhood and not off of a busy street. That's what impressed me most. I've had no major complaints except what I mentioned earlier about costs and neighbors leaving frequently due to costs.

My only concern is that this is an older complex and the rates are a bit high.

I am only slightly likely to recommend this apartment community to family or friends strictly because of the price. The location being in flower mound and the staff is its biggest selling point. Other than that the price is pretty high for what you are living in.

The location and pricing is great.

Dated apartments and amenities. The CWS flag out front of the apartments is faded old and ripped. Looks reflective of rest of grounds. Old tree planters in the middle of parking lots with no tree and taking up parking space. No covered parking. Not enough storage units.

But it to expinsive for what you get

I dont think there is much value to living there. The apartments, in my opinion, don't warrant the rates that I currently pay when I can move 3-5 miles and find something nicer for the same price, if not cheaper.

The customer service was excellent. The hospitality was excellent. The apartments were updated, but the kitchen and the apartment as a whole were small. The amenities were great, but that was not enough for me to overlook the fact that I would be in a small apartment that was not worth the price.

Still have large problem with dog poop and trash around the property.

If you choose to live here, make sure you do not get a first floor apartment or you will hear every little noise from upstairs. The units are older, so you would think your rate would reflect this. The rent is higher than it should be here only because this complex is in Flower Mound. The pool up front is very small for the size of complex and usually over run with teenagers. Big bug problem and I'm a neat freak (roaches).

The apt is in a central location, quiet, affordable. Apts are older, but meet my temp housing needs for now.
