I would definitely recommend this apartment community. My comments above pretty much sums up how I feel about "The Park at Flower Mounf"

The community was very appealing. What was offered for the price, including the area was great. the leasing agent was an outstanding agent and was such a sweet person.

Its a great place to live

dog and kid friendly. The landscaping is very nice. We love the grassy and wooded areas that most other apartments lack.

We really enjoy living here, our area is very quiet...except for the parking situation. Maybe they should have assigned parking spaces, it would make it much easier and make the residents in our area happier :)

The community as presented, appeared to be a very good value for the immediate area. The property appeared to be well maintained and the leasing professional's presentation, led me to believe I would be treated well as a resident.

If you're on a budget but need to rent in FloMo, this is pretty much your only option.

I have lived here for 13 years and have no problems now, especially with the newet management conpany. My needs are met with enthusiasm and I do recommend it often.

There not enough insulation between floors and adjoining walls! You can hear every foot step from upstairs, every toilet flush and every shower taken!
The noise of the up stairs Air Conditioning, whether for cooling or heating is right outside My bedroom window! Jets Flying Over Head, sounds as if I am living under the Flight Deck of an Air Craft Carrier, NOT ENOUGH SOUND SUPPRESSION IN WALLS AND WINDOWS!

Because it's a great community to live at a great price.

I would recommend for someone who is waiting on their home to be available or someone who doesn't spend much time in their home. I would not recommend to anyone with young children or "hot natured" people. The apartment is ridiculous as far as heating and cooling.

I have been residing in this apartment for the past 17 months and I have to say that the entire team of staff are awesome. They are efficient, the job orders are done timeously, the apartment complex is well maintained, dealing with the office team is super easy, they get things done so quickly. I am blessed being here and I just love the community, it is simply the best.

My friend from church is moving here in September. She heard me talking about the apartments and was ready to move. She is so excited and loves the area. Me too!
