Getting Very Expensive, Better to buy small house , instead of living Apartments

Overall a good place to live

Very nice place to live. Neighbors are friendly. We are going to miss this place. We have to move because we bought a house.

The leasing consultant did a good job; I was very impressed with her.

Professional staff, constant communication and activities involving tenants and very understanding when concerns are brought forward.

From the outside looking in, the community was inviting. New mulch, new plants, neat line all along the sidewalk, like they knew I was coming. I visited on a beautiful, although very windy day. I expected to see trash strewn about, recently brought in by the seasonal winds. I was surprised not to see a piece of rubbish, not a stray leaf, everything far exceeded my expectations. The staff was more than friendly; it was like we were friends already. Tastefully decorated, but not an ounce of ostentation, the lobby was a warm and welcoming environment where you could relax. Living there would be a dream come true.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends or family.

The community needed some color or upgrades.

Location, fair pricing, fantastically nice people, comfortable living quarters.

It is very close to my church, my job, my sisters house. I could walk to a few places if I had to.
If there is something wrong it does get fixed right away

I would recommend they consider it as an option

I could tell the community was built in the 1970-1980s range, I felt like the updates were a must to keep up to date and the prices for the upgrades were unacceptable.

I love the Flower Mound area and hope as it increase in population, it remains with neat, clean respectable communities. Some tenants here are not the best. :o(

The leasing professional was friendly throughout the on-site visit. I would be likely about recommending this apartment to family and friends because of the location and price. The leasing professional asked when I would make a decision and told me a lot of incentives to becoming a resident at the community. I was presented with a floor plan with the prices which would help me make a decision on an apartment. Based on the leasing professional's presentation, I would have leased the apartment because she seemed to care about my needs and was comfortable speaking to me. The prices of the apartment were reasonable and learning a lot about the community helped see myself as a resident. My experience made me feel valued as a potential resident. The leasing agent had a nice personality that made me feel comfortable.
