There are drainage issues with the apt and complex. When I moved in, the apt was dirty and had hole in ceiling and the windows had mold growing on them.

Unless their credit is garbage and they can't get anywhere else, I'd tell them to stay clear.

I have had 5 seperate floods in my apt during my years living here. Each has resulted because someone else broke a pipe or snow seeping in, etc. Each has resulted in hours of clean up on my part, additional laundry expenses, additional electrical expenses, etc as well as ruined property of my own as well as in the apt. The rug in the living room/dining room does not and has not fitted properly since the first flood occured years ago. Several requests were made for repairs or replacement to no avail. My rug is fraying in many areas because of poor re-installation after these floods. Only the most recent flood has resulted in acceptable rug repair.. and even that was after 3 days of running 2 giant fans as well as turning on the AC at the suggestion of the rug company (to avoid the smell). Also during this time the contents of the room in which the flood occurred was moved into my living space and bedroom, making it virtually impossible to move around.

I will have wait to see if my rent is increased.

I would be embarassed to recommend these apartments to anyone. When I say I live in Flower Mound, TX, people are impressed. However, they would not be impressed with these apartments.

All things considered, I have always enjoyed living here. That's the main reason I've stayed here over 10 years. They are very prompt and professional when handling concerns and requests.

The only thing I do not like is the relatively high rent compared to what you get. Also the water bill seems a little high especially for the 2nd smallest 1 bedroom. I definitely don't use over $20/month. When the city of flower mound sent bills back in 2002-2004, my bill was consistently between $10-13/month. Now that we have a community bill, I feel I'm helping to pay for broken sprinkler heads as well as the apartments that have "extra tenants" throughout the year.

i would definitely recommend anyone to live here. but i would recommend they communicate with the manager or the blonde lady who sits by the exit. plus i think anyone who comes in would agree that this is a great place to live if they met the office staff and the residents. i still think the lady who sits by the manager's office should be in a role that deals with collections and whatnot because of the limited interactions i have had with her.

I'd be fairly neutral about my recommendation. I'd say it is a good location between cities and there aren't any super major problems with the place. Living here is fairly comfortable.

It was a beautiful community with great amenities. I saw the pool, fitness center, laundry facility, washer/dryer connections, clubroom and media room. It was a well maintained property.

Alana truely enjoys her job and where she works. She never came across and robotic or boring. She was always engaging, upbeat and positive. She covered all her bases very well and I believe that CWS has a wonderful representative at this location, she would be a great person to clone!
