Its really expensive

The pricing is a bit high but I understand this has a lot to do with location. The reason I am less likely to recommend the apartment complex is due to the teenagers that hang out around the community and the children without parents throwing rocks and what not. I have had 3 ash trays and a bicycle stolen from my 2nd floor balcony. The bicycle was there for less than an hour as I changed clothes. If there was some type of night watch or security that could be notified of these activities and reduce the children causing trouble I would definitely recommend this apartment complex. Also if I could reach them easier on the phone.

I would because of the nice people and service, and I would't because of the age of everything. Even though they are gradually making improvements to my apartment.

I would recommend this community to people I know because I live living here and the staff is very helpful at all times.

This is a nice property more suited to families. The rent is a little high for what you receive.

My apartment is infested with mold and smells like wet cigarettes and I do not smoke!

Both leasing agents I got to work with were awesome. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable about the community.

I was really happy with the friendly staff in the office and the maintanance staff was great. We are really sad to leave this place and the only reason we are is because we are getting a home. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I'm new to Texas, not use to the sound of aircraft flying very close over head, day and night.
Reminds Me of living next to the Naval Air Station, when I was in the Service, but I still can't get used to it. I get woke up all the time.
You can Your neighbors walking around upstairs or taking a shower, like they were right in Your own Apartment.

The apartments are quiet, the staff are friendly, they are timely in repairing things in the home, there are no funny smells in the apartment. The utilities are affordable. I love it here!

The community was nice and well maintained. The staff was pleasant.

The apartments are not of very high quality and the amount of rent being charged is not relative to the age.
