The agent did not do anything that was extraordinary.

I loved the feel of the community, the area it was in, and the way it was maintained. I liked the warmth it brought me. The leasing agent was very nice and welcoming.

Not bad, not good. The grounds are well kept, but the apartments aren't. Charging for things after a resident leaves even though those things were like that when they moved in. Cleaning charges, although the apartment was filthy upon move-in. Charging to resurface counter tops when nothing was wrong with them. Etc. Fast to charge you but not fast to help with any apartment issues.

It is likely that I would recommend this community. I loved the apartment, community, location and the few amenities that I saw. However, I did not get to see the country club.

I love it here, my next door neighbors are wonderful and the other neighbors are very friendly. But my only complaint is the neighbors living above me are very noisy . They have have a child that is constantly running in the house and i hear every foot step. I hear them doing laundry starting at 6:00 in the morning til 1:00 in the am daily.

This is like a vacation getaway right at home. The community was absolutely stunning with the latest in lifestyle accommodations for living. The pools were sparkling and the landscaping looked like it was cared for.

We lucked into the Hill in the Village and found it at random, but we love it. Great staff and a Great Care team that host nice community events for us to get to know our neighbors.

The Hill is an exceptional value for the amenities provided. The areas are well-maintained and beautifully landscaped! I also feel very safe inside and outside my apartment with security provided by Smith security services.

The property is an enjoyable place to live. It is quiet. It is well maintained. The grounds are like being in a park. This is home.

I was under the impression when I first considered living in The Village that I would be surrounded by a bunch of college students and loud parties. This isn't the case at all. The community is diverse and quiet!

This community is clean, especially the laundry room. The apartment's would be great with more up to date features.

The tree lined streets and the community were immaculately kept. The country club with numerous amenities was not far away, and the walking trail was available for jogging. There was plenty of shopping near by. Therefore, the community was surrounded by everything needed.

The Hill is one of the older apartments in the village, so it doesn't have fancy appliances, and things usually need a little more maintenance than usual but they are pretty on top of things like that. For the location the price is wonderful. The one bedroom is a perfect size, and has plenty of storage space. I really love it here!
