I chose The Hill because it was one of the only communities in the village where I could have a pet and bring my own washing machine. I wasn't told until I moved in that the apartments are expected to be torn down in the next couple of years, and that I will be forced to move at that time. The apartments are older and could be a lot cheaper. Most of the apartments in the community face some type of parking lot which can get pretty noisy at times. The apartments are not bad. Again - I wish it had been disclosed to me prior to arriving with the moving truck that the apartments were slotted for demolition.

Clean and pet friendly but continual inflation of rent prices.

I think the amenities offered here are exceptional, and I would drive that point home constantly. I thought the amenities and square footage of the apartments were the best qualities the community had to offer.

I have enjoyed living in The Hill so far, so good! Maintenance has always been so prompt in any request and the leasing office personnel are friendly and helpful if I need anything. The outside of the property is well maintained and right now all the lights are awesome!!!

This property is starting to show its age. The property is well maintained, but the apartment interiors have that 70's look and feel.

There is no doubt that leasing an apartment in this complex would be satisfying. The staff was professional and friendly, and the grounds were meticulously maintained. The apartment more than met my needs, and the associate made the management team seem more than capable.

The leasing agent was professional and really made it seem wonderful to live at this property. She discussed every feature, relating it to my specific situation, in order for me to really relate. She genuinely seemed interested in helping me find a home with this property.
