The insulation isn't that great. There are openings cracks from outside where bugs can get in and air can seep out.

Older property, but well maintained. Good set of basic amenities. Staff usually responds quickly, and issues are quickly resolved.

I thoroughly have enjoyed my time at the Hill. However, there are a few concerns I have had over the years. Although for an older complex, it is well kept up there were still several dated features of my apartment that caused maintenance. Additionally, there were several issues with my lease and payments that caused frustration. However, once the issues were found, they were quickly resolved and the staff was very helpful with getting everything taken care of. I would strongly recommend the Hill to friends and family, but with just the few above mentioned concerns.

As a customer, I was impressed with the presentation of the leasing professional and his knowledge of the property. He was friendly, kind and genuine in his delivery. I felt the community had a lot to offer and the price was reasonable.

I would feel comfortable meeting my neighbors at this community. The maintenance policy is extraordinary and the community is very large. The area is centrally located to dining and shopping amenities. The leasing agents are professional and friendly.

The area sells itself, but I would caution them to inspect before signing lease. Examine the actual unit before leaving deposit. Considering current management integrity, I would assure potential resident they could trust management commitment. But absolutely verify. This is an old property that has issues that may not be solved.

Overall it's comfortable and I feel like a pretty decent value. Obviously if things were updated a bit and had a closer dog park I would be happier. But, overall everyone is friendly, grounds are well kept and safe, and it's a great community feel.

The community is nice, but there a lot of cheaper places to rent.

My impressions as a real customer were impeccable. There was not anything wrong with this property.

Its great. The community is great in sso may ways. They always keep you up to date on events and parties they throw at the country club. I love the work out gym and the jogging walking trail throughtout the village.I feel so comfortable walking at night. There is always the patrol unit driving though the parking lot throughout the day. If you get locked out of your apartment there is someone you can call that will help you get in.

The fact the agent never gave me her name was a concern to me. Other than that, I thought everything offered was fairly represented by the lease rate.

I feel comfortable and safe living here, surrounded by common spaces to share with my friends, go for walks...
