The leasing staff seemed to be very helpful and loving of the community, as well as neighbors in the community. The place was indeed quiet, and the landscaping was relaxing and beautiful. It seemed as if this community was well kept.

Beautiful property that is well taken care of on the outside! Older complex so the inside is a little loved but still accommodating. Great area for a small family.

My perceptions as a customer considering leasing at Hill in The Village were that they provided a community that was comfortable with carefree living. My impression of the staff was that they were fully educated to service your needs, completely aware of their availabilities, and were friendly and welcoming. The community was surrounded by lush landscaping, which was clean and attractive to view. They were perfectly situated in a prime location close to everything Dallas had to offer. The apartments were spacious, and provided modern upgrades and decorative details.

This property was in very good shape for its age. The grounds had been well cared for.

My fiancee and I generally like living here, but there are some drawbacks for young professionals. Because of our jobs, neither of us are home at any point during the work week, which leads to a series of issues. The first and simplest is that we have no way to sign for deliveries, and the Village charges us $4/per package to accept them for us, and that's pretty nuts for something that seems like a pretty basic amenity. Moreover, maintenance staff only comes during the week, which is frustrating because neither of us can be here. It's especially difficult because we've had issues with our front door not closing properly, and we're nervous about our cat getting out if a repairman comes when we're not here. Again, these are small things in an otherwise good apartment, but they add up.

The complex was laid out nicely. It was in a good location. It was clean, and there was obvious evidence of property improvements underway. I found the area to be pleasant and the property very kept and clean.

It's a good property and maintenance is generally prompt. However, the paint on our kitchen cabinets and on door frames throughout the house, is looking "thick" and not so well applied. Probably, just me, but somewhat bothersome.

The staff and security members are very friendly and helpful. The housing is spacious and clean. The neighbors are relatively quiet and yet active. The payment structure and online descriptions are very vague and can lead to confusion from lack of description and clarification of payment methods (eg. credit card fees and separate payment accounts needed for EACH roommate). Also the stairwell/balcony for the second floor makes it near impossible to fit most couches. I would still recommend this place to anyone.

The community seemed to be very pleasant, cozy and family oriented. I was really pleased with the spacious one bedroom apartment. The community was really clean and seemed to offer a lot of amenities. The community was older, but for the square footage and price it was worth it.

The community was beautifully maintained. It was in a great location. It was near some of the best shopping and dining. It had easy access to Central Expressway. The leasing professional had a great attitude. She was helpful, assisting me in find the best apartment.

Its everything that i need, and more. The only thing i would change is the country club being closed on Mondays. That is my normal day off.

Office staff, maintenance, and security are all very professional and responsive. The pricing is high for the neighborhood, but my roommate and I feel that it is worth it for the amenities and security.

I am a college student and I have only lived at the hill in the village for a short time, but I think it is a great place to live. Maintenance responds in a reasonable amount of time and the apartment complex is nice and quiet with lots of nearby shopping.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at The Hill. I just renewed my lease because it's been such a pleasant experience. It's safe, well-maintained and perfectly big enough for me. I highly recommend living at The Hill! You will love being in The Village. It's a great community.
