My experience while visiting this community was excellent. The leasing agent was very knowledgeable, attentive, and detailed in everything that she did. I felt as if I was a priority and my needs came first. I did not feel any pressure or stress during this entire time. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It was very outstanding and remarkable.

In the short time I have been living at The Hill, I already feel right at home. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The grounds are always so perfectly maintained. The clubhouse/gym provides a real sense of community. Overall, I believe that this was by far the best choice for me for my first time living in Dallas.

The Hill is a beautiful property with lots of flowering trees. The people who live here are very friendly and there is a great sense of community. As soon as I pulled up in the moving truck, some neighbors offered to help me unload, and another neighbor brought me cookies. The Village patrol makes it a pretty safe area, and when I accidentally locked myself out they showed up right away to let me back in & get me a new key. It's dog-friendly and the Village Country Club has gorgeous jogging trails & great tennis. All-around love this place.

I haven't been living here long, so I can't say I am out of the honeymoon phase yet. I do like that it is a young professional active community. The maintenance has been pretty great, within 24 hours. Parking is nice (I live in a cul de sac) and plentiful. I live in a building with free washers and dryers, that I haven't ever had issues getting one when I wanted.

This community stands out in The Village with its spacious closets and redone counter-tops. Newer carpet and paint and appliances make this a comfortable place to call home.

This is a city location in a country setting. The surroundings are quiet, and the landscaping creates a peaceful atmosphere.

The leasing agent for this property was very professional and courteous.

This was one of the older communities in the area. The apartments were large, and the features varied greatly from one apartment to the next. Also the cabinets had not been updated and were rather plain and cheap looking. The community as a whole was in a great location in the center of the city. There was a very nice country club available to all residents, and there were numerous trails through the wooded park-like areas throughout the community.

The Hill staff has been very helpful and willing to work with us on our short-term lease. The Village is in an excellent location for commuters in all directions from Dallas. Highly recommend for mature singles and couples as the atmosphere is better suited to the needs of young, working professionals.

Property is very well kept. The workers are nice, safe, friendly, and professional. Our apartment is more spacious. Maintenance fixes things quickly. Staff knows your name. The apartments block sound better than other apartments we have lived in.

For an older property this was a very nice community. With the mature trees and calming feel, it took you away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The spacious apartments stood out the most and were right up my alley. What they offered in amenities completed the package.
